Our CNC Machining Process

CNC machining is a precise subtractive manufacturing method in which material is removed from a solid block using computer-controlled cutting tools.

Programming & Toolpath Setup

Customer CAD models and drawings are imported into CAM software to generate precise toolpaths and machining strategies.

Material Preparation

Metal or plastic stock is selected, cut to size, and secured with proper fixturing to ensure stability during machining.
